Oh wow! The color on the Alphonso mango is amazing. I can tell it’s incredibly sweet. If only we had those here in America. We’re lucky if we find one that’s not green! Those tend to be a bit tart in flavor.

At least in the shops we go to, you won’t find that mango. They do import, but more of the green ones.
